This page explains how users may request the deletion of personal data processed in connection with the Dijitist Ads AI service provided by Dijitist.

Users may request the deletion of their Dijitist Ads AI account and personal data processed through the service at any time.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

You may submit a data deletion request by sending an email from the address associated with your Dijitist Ads AI account to info@dijitist.com.

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your Dijitist Ads AI account
• The name of the connected business or workspace
• The account or platform whose data you want deleted
• The scope of your request: specific data or the entire account

Submit a Data Deletion Request

Users Connected Through Meta

If you signed in to Dijitist Ads AI with your Meta account or connected a Meta advertising account, you may follow these steps:

1. Open the Account Connections section in the Dijitist Ads AI dashboard.
2. Select Disconnect next to the connected Meta account.
3. If you also want all stored data associated with your account to be permanently deleted, submit a data deletion request using the email link above.

Disconnecting your Meta account stops Dijitist Ads AI from retrieving new data from that account. To delete data previously retrieved and stored by the service, you must also submit a data deletion request.

Data That May Be Deleted

Depending on the scope of your request, the following data may be deleted:

• User account and profile information
• Business and workspace information
• Meta and other third-party platform connection records
• OAuth credentials, access tokens, and connection permissions
• Connected advertising account records
• Campaign and advertising performance data
• Advertising creatives, text, and image links
• Generated analyses, insights, and recommendations
• Related technical records created while using the service

Consequences of Deletion

If your account is permanently deleted, access to the Dijitist Ads AI dashboard, connected advertising accounts, saved analyses, reports, and workspace data may be permanently removed.

Deleted data may not be recoverable. If you wish to use the service again, you may need to create a new account and reconnect your advertising platforms.

Processing Your Request

Data deletion requests will be reviewed and processed as soon as reasonably possible. Requests submitted under applicable data protection laws will be answered within the legally required period.

We will contact you using the email address provided in your request when the deletion process has been completed or if additional information is required.

Data Required to Be Retained by Law

Certain records may be retained for the period required by applicable law when necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent misuse, or protect legal rights.

Such data will be separated from active systems, used only for the relevant legal purposes, and deleted, destroyed, or anonymized when the applicable retention period expires.

Backup Copies

After deletion is completed, limited copies of data may remain temporarily in backups maintained for security and disaster-recovery purposes. These copies will not be restored to active systems and will be removed through the regular backup-replacement cycle.

Third-Party Platforms

Deleting your Dijitist Ads AI account does not delete your account or information held independently by Meta, Google, TikTok, or other third-party platforms.

To delete information stored by those platforms, you must separately use the account settings or data deletion tools provided by the relevant platform.
